You can request more information if someone has contacted you about a debt you don’t recognize or believe is incorrect. Superlative RM handles disputes fairly, respectfully, and under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

How to Submit a Dispute

You can dispute an account using our secure online form. Once submitted, we will pause collection activity on the account and investigate your concerns.

What You Can Include:

  • A statement explaining why you believe the debt is incorrect

  • Any supporting documents (e.g., payment records, identity theft reports)

  • Contact information so we can follow up
